Palisade Tales is a site for families. We have no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies. We ask only for what we need, we never sell it, and we never ask about children.
We keep your name, mobile number, email and delivery address, with what you ordered. We use them only to make, deliver and support your order.
We share them only with the companies that do that work: Razorpay (payment), our printing partner in India and its couriers (printing and delivery). Razorpay handles your payment details; we never see them.
We keep order records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, and then delete them.
We keep your answers, and your email only if you give it, to decide what to make next and to reply to you.
We count the scan with only the link and the country. No name, no IP address, nothing that identifies you.
Videos play from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube's own privacy policy applies when a video plays.
Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you (except order records we must keep by law).
