Each item is printed after you order it, just for you. So we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, including for a change of mind or a wrong size. Orders cannot be cancelled once paid, because printing starts straight away. Please check the size and address before paying.
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or is not what you ordered, write to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send you a new one at no cost. You do not need to send the old one back.
If we cannot send your order at all (for example, the item is no longer available or couriers do not reach your PIN code), we will tell you and refund the full amount to the way you paid, within 5 to 7 working days.
